We stayed at Calhau Grande for 3 days, staying in the highest of the 3 houses, Tenda. The location is stunning and it was lovely to stay in a rural part of the island. There is a village shop 100 metres away for fresh crusty rolls for breakfast looking down over the sea and the supermarket is only 5 minutes... More

The situation is such as presented on the photographs: old houses entirely renovated and decorated and furnished with taste. There is a swimming pool in the flowered garden. The hostess accomodates us with kindness. I recommend this place to you without hesitation. More
