What a wonderful experience to stay in a safari tent on our own private hill in beautiful settings. Our hosts Peter and Joke created a perfect stay - so attentive to detail and thoughtful. It was such a pleasure to be with Peter & Joke a Dutch couple who founded Portual Nature Lodge. The luxury of a hotel (beds in tents), a massage next to the tipi tent, breakfast delivered in the morning with home made waffles. Just great and only 4 places available. Perfect spot for a base to explore the SW coast of Portugal; can easily drive to coast to hike, bike, kayak, eat at great fresh seafood restaurants on beautiful beaches as well as explore mountains and all of Alentejo region.
