Overall nice hotel but.. Not 24hr all-inclusive!!! After 11.00pm you cannot get a drink. Not even coffee or water.. We were told it is hotel policy after November 1st. Complaints are ignored. Very good hotel with multiple facilities. It’s amazing how effective is used every piece of land. We spent there a week and would like more. Music in lobby (royal) is amazing. Delicious meals and excellent service.
