Essentially ok and some staff were friendly and helpful, but I would expect both service and maintenance to be very good in a hotel like this on Tenerife. A lot of effort was made to provide a nice New Year's Eve party, but I could not help getting the nagging impression that management are only in it for the money.... More

Friendly staff don't make up for no kettle, no remote for TV, no air con, terrible breakfast, awful bathroom, towels not fit for a car boot sale, and no bar open on a Sunday night! The hotel is in a great location but it is tatty and obviously lacking resources. 88 euros for a seaview is taking a liberty. More
