Located outside Verona, this luxury palazzo boutique hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden which is filled with so many roses that their scent fills the air. The lobby is filled with the most amazing works of contemporary art such as Damian Hurst and Anish Kapoor among many others. Th rooms are clean and with... More

This hotel truly lives up to what you see on the website, if anything it is even more stunning. We loved the interiors. Our room was perfect and outside the gardens and pool are lovely. We were lucky to be here when it was quiet and the weather was good so we hardly left the hotel! A lot of thought... More

A little heaven not far from Verona...GPS is recommended to find it...In mid to end of may you'll be enchanted in a garden of roses and jasmine. Fabulous outdoor pool with perfect temperature, yes, some 5 star hotel especially in Toscany have no heated pools and the H2O does not warm up as you've expected...Superb breakfast, great gym area (not... This is a beautiful Italian villa on the outskirts of Verona (30 minutes by car) entered by a rather stunning driveway.Check in staff are efficient and professional however, the check in area would be insufficient if there is more than one set of people checking in, at one point a queue was spilling over Into the entrance lobby/art gallery area.... Stayed there for a small conference nearby a few months ago. The hotel as a building is very professionally remodelled. The gardens and pools are absolutely gorgeous--I mean gorgeous. Service was not bad, but not great. The main problem is that inside of this place is so tackily done: it looks like the owner won the Euromillions and had always... More

This is truly one of the most beautiful hotels/villas my family and I have ever been to. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts and this was truly the best. The villa itself and the grounds are a feast for your eyes. Everywhere you turn, there are beautiful art pieces to look at, both inside the villa, in the... More

This is not just a hotel. It is a contemporary art museum. I say this as one of the main drawing points for me, as I loved the place and the approach they took to design, but it is definitely not for everyone and could run afoul of certain sensibilities. The hotel sits about 30 minutes outside of Verona accessible... More

Located a few kilometres from Verona in an old area, the hotel is a villa set on a beautifully landscaped hillock. The driveway from the main road through beautiful gardens leads to a fully functional ancient fountain. The interiors of the hotel are full of contemporary art with paintings, photos, sculptures and arty pieces of furniture. There is another garden... More

We stayed at this hotel when we visited the Verona Stone show and all of the hotels in town were sold out, so we were directed to this one by American Express. The grounds are lovely as is the vills, but as far as I am concerned the loveliness stops there. There is all sorts of sexually oriented modern art... More
