This place is a total rip off. The facility is shabby and isolated. As for the service... unacceptable. The food... no variety. I could say alot about Salybia Nature Resort & Spa but I'll just advise you not to waste your time and money! More

The service was warm and friendly. However, staff needed to be more professional and upbeat! The room was very outdated. there was not even a hairdryer nor an iron. Some humble advise to management....no matter what type of room it is, the basic amenities should be provided...complimentary soap, shampoo and lotion. Towels, sheets etc. should smell and fell clean. Just a little "comfort or fabuloso" can go a long way!!! Especially those blue towels!!! Gabbage bins should be emptied everyday! There was a slight mix up with the check out dates but this was quickly and professionally rectified. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
