The Grand Pineapple is owned by Sandals, but if you're expecting the usual highly polished Sandals resort, then you'll be disappointed. The buildings have a certain charm, fitting of the location. Just returned from this great hotel and will return. We were there for 2 weeks and i can't fault the place. Food was great and have no complaints. The Grand Pineapple Beach is on a beautiful beach. The snorkelling was very poor, nothing to write home about. But the beach made up for this. If you're looking for a fantastic beach, beautiful waters, peaceful setting this is it. We will definitely go back. A value resort in that the food is good, but not fantastic - think cruise ship fare. Sitting next to the beach was terrific.
