One word: Horrifying. From the moment the group walked in the hotel I knew something was wrong when I found out that apparently no-one reads the hotel's email and didn't receive a rooming list for a group of hoteliers 22 people. “Relax at this hotel”

Set in lovely surroundings with a good view from our balcony, we were treated very well for our short two day break. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the restaurant food was good, but what made it for us was the wellness centre ... a large jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath! If you want peace and quiet, go after 6pm... More

The initial booking was mixed up, but the staff overcame the problem. the breakfast room was a bit overwhelmed but everyone arrived for breakfast at the same time and there were a lot of guests, the group I was with took up a lot of the rooms.
