We "walked" In off the beach having been disappointed in the hotel we had booked for our holiday. The Receptionist was very helpful and showed us the rooms available. The gardens are very well maintained and plenty of space gives a lovely feel to the resort. We had a room one back from the beach which was very peaceful but... More

Stayed at Samui Palm Beach for 8 days. Had a good stay. The rooms are a bit old, but nice. They sort of have a mildew smell, but that doesn't matter because you should be outside in Samui. The resort has 2 pools, a big long winding one, and a smaller one. Its also right on a beautiful beach. Has... More

Found our stay a pleasure even though a freak monsoon his the region for our stay (in the dry season too). Great location without being in a manic spot. We had a bungalow just one row back and could hear the waves lapping down on the beach, bliss! Rooms with character if slightly dated. Great to have fresh towels delivered... More

We were in the new-ish Royal Wing, which had good sized rooms. Room was very quiet with little outside noise audible. Room a bit minimalist in design but not too bare and had a nice gold coloured wood carving on one side and a ornate gold coloured mirror on the other side. Enough power points including a few multi country... More

This was our end of Thailand tour and stayed here for 8 nights. We certainly didnt regret staying here, there were so many positives. But then there were also the negatives. Firstly, the hotel grounds are huge. We were in the Royal Wing, and had a ground floor room overlooking the pool, which was amazing. Stepping off our patio area,... More

This Hotel is owned by Bangkok Airways and the rooms can do with being freshened up but bear in mind the location and the price we got a Beach Villa for (£70) per night B&B. We were very happy. The staff were very good. Be pleasant to them and you will get the same in return. The breakfast was good... More

When we arrived we wanted to get some sleep after having traveled for about 20 hours. We were placed in a room in the Royal wing on the third floor (top floor). It soon became clear that we wouldn’t get much sleep in that room as the noise from the cooling compressors on the roof was very bad. I talked... More

My husband and I went to Koh Samui early August for our honeymoon. With his planning the entire trip, he insisted that the hotel would be a surprise for me until we checked in and I was treated to a shock instead. Several websites and the hotel themselves claimed that they were a four-star hotel but the rooms looked more... More

Let me start off by saying we paid £307 for 7 nights in the Royal Wing (bed & breakfast) for 2 adults, so we are basing our review with this in mind, we have not paid 5 star prices so we didn’t expect 5 star accommodation/treatment. Our room was in the newer block, the room itself was nice and clean,... More

It's not the most expensive hotel, but I still expect good, friendly service. To start, we were taken to our room, when the receptionist opened the room door, it became very apparent that the room was still occupied, so not off to a good start. The room all though large was dirty and full of Mosquitos. I was amazed to... More
