We stayed at the Impiana at the end of June in 2010. We were met at the airport by a very nice man from the hotel and taken directly there. Asthetically the hotel was lovely from the exterior. The Impiana in Koh Samui was amazing. The resort and beach were beautiful. The staff were excellent. 4x bottled drinking water daily. The house keeping was great. Impiana is one of the most beautiful hotels in Samui. Very nicely decorated exterior and interior. The pool has a nice view on the white beach right in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If go back to Samui again I would go there more

We love the fact that the minute you enter the lobby you get to feel the breeze and see the ocean.......unlike other hotels where the lobby"s have doors or are tucked away in the front corner of the property.
