If you want to relax in high quality facilities Neptune is the place on Kos. Super clean, nice pools, directly at the beach and great food and service. We had an upstairs beach-front room with sea views and could hear the waves at night. We will come back if we return to Kos one day.

This is a wonderful hotel. It has beautiful buildings, pools and gardens. All are perfectly maintained and obviously loved by the staff. This hotel is rated 5* and is definitely that. exellent pools and beach. very well maintained very good breakfast but luck of salads. all the resturants are in high standart and very tasty the hotel is 20 minutes from kos city so it is beter to rent a car one of the best places we have ever been. recommended

Really lovely hotel. We were in a 2 bedroom room, 2 adults, 3 kids, great space. Breakfast and evening buffet, lots of choice and all very good. The other restaurants were very good, 50% off for half board guests. Choice of 4 pools, plenty of sun beds in the mornings. The hotel has a no towels left on beds policy.... More

I can only endorse the positive comments by other reviewers, it was wonderful. I particularly liked the fact that all four swimming pools seemed to have a different theme. . An Olympic size one for serious swimmers, an activity pool for music and fun, a quiet one for couples and one near the beach was a mix of the others.... More

this is clearly a great 5* star resort. Very nice architecture, beautiful gardens, great service, fantastic pools, including olympic size pool (we loved it) and all sizes of smaller pools, down to a 20-40cm paddle for kids with extra attractions like water slides and fountains.
