We booked at Aigle d'Or via booking.com I don't know if it was Booking.com or Aigle d'Or but our booking was missed. We arrived around 6pm on a Friday night and parked the car, but noone about. We went to Hotel/Restaurant A l'Etrier about 50m away for a delicious and friendly dinner while we got in contact with Aigle d'Or.... More

It must be difficult for small private independent hotels such as this to compete with the new generation of budget hotels. The hotel is in a northern suburb of Strasbourg and is generally well maintained.
