Needed an overnight stay near Nailsworth as we were meeting old friends for dinner. Chipping Croft is a lovely old cottage with dining room and lounge just for guests. I arrived at 11pm and Gill was waiting to meet me(I had got slightly lost) and was a very welcome sight. The room was lovely with a very comfy mattress on the bed.
