stayed at this property for one day to visit the Shrinathi temple:

good things:
1. great location, 10m from temple
2. new ACs and hence abs quite (room no 103)
3. clean bathroom esp by standards for religious places in india
4. clean new towels
5. helpful staff

not so good:
1. room cleaniness and even blanket was old
2. room service esp tea was absolutely bad
3. had a bit of smell, but went away after we switched on fan and AC
better place to have tea is just lane down where a tea stall gives tea with ginger, elaichi etc, amazing tea
overall, not bad given it was for Rs950 per night More
