The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are really not welcoming and not friendly at all compared to the hotels we have been across Rajasthan. The rooms are very noisy and the electrical equipement is very old. They do not have wi-fi although the cost of rooms are really high compared to the other hotels in the area.... More

The hotel is very nice, beautifully decorated, with great rooms. The staff was otherwise quite friendly, but then they tried to charge 5 times normal price for a bottle of water. Dissapointing. Would not visit again.

It sure is hit-or-miss when it comes to rooms at Grand Haveli! The hotel itself is stunning, but our room was very dark, with not so many details and decorations. We did have a big bathroom, and it was a nice stay, but others in our group had beautifully decorated rooms. Food was good, be it a bit expensive.

This is a beautiful hotel and the food is good. Waiting staff are also nice. But beware - no hot water (not such a big problem); and, more serious, if you book travel through them it will be an overpriced disaster.
