It is situated at nehru chouk Bhilai. The hotel has good ambience. The rooms are impressive. The food is delicious. The breakfast is superb. The service is excellent. It is probably the best place to stay in Bhilai, if you are in a position to shell out good money.

came to raipur for a business meeting, had an oppertunity for a day trip to bhilai, for some work. had a lunch in Grand Dhillon. based at a prime location, at nehru-nagar chowk. probably the best place. intersection of Highway and city. the quality of food was great, service was cooperative, i really loved the north indian food here.

The hotel is decent with all basic amenities however what it lacks is professionalism and service consistency. I had a shocker when they checked me out in absentia! ... Due to some miscommunication and packed my toiletries in the same packet along with my footwear!

Good hotel for a town like Bhilai. Decent, clean rooms. Nice restaurant, with a variety of food options. Service, while not the quality of a 5 star, is good for a hotel of its rating. Not too important a point, but the slope to the lobby is ridiculously steep - cars find it difficult to climb!

Being a business traveller for years , I had checked in to this hotel during a family trip. It has excellent facilities and the staff was really amazing, would recommend this Hotel strongly. The Food, room service , and hospitality was par excellent , was totally unexpected
