This place has the best location in Ganpatipule. The rooms are bang opposite the beach and so close that one wonders what would happen on a high tide. MTDC is probably the best place to stay in Ganpatipule. There are a couple of resorts nearby, but nothing can beat the locational advantage of MTDC.
