From the moment we arrived we were blown away by this hotel. The staff were exceptional and customer service is definitely evident from all levels. The food was great and the spa was a welcome relief after a hard days skiing. Every effort was made to fulfill our requests and Jan our waiter was a fab little worker. More

This is an extraordinary hotel. It has everything you'd expect quite a large hotel to have: there's a swimming pool - and then another swimming pool for children.
