Myself and various friends from Connecticut and New York, have stayed numerous times, about 12, twice a year for stays of up to 5 months at a time. The service was always anticipating any needs and was always available. Meals would be delivered if requested. Anything you wanted would be honestly purchased and delivered to your room. i.e., bottled water,... More

The room was filthy, the bedding was filthy as if someone had slept on it and it had not been washed.the toilet was not cleaned and no soap or toilet paper was provided.No towels were provided.We walked out of the hotel after checking in and booked at another hotel.We lost all the money that we paid for the 4 nights.I...
