Stayed for one night here recently and we were travelling with a big group. The hotel offers good facility, clean and comfortable stay as well as extremely helping staff. One of our family members faced a medical emergency during the stay and the hotel stay was extremely helpful in arranging for medical help. They also arranged for our Ranthmbore national...

I recently went to Ranthambhore to spot the big cat (missed that unfortunately...!!!). Our stay was arranged at The Pugmark by the friend who was organising the whole thing for us. Since we booked 10 rooms , hence we got a decent discount on the booking charges. The rooms were clean (very important for me) and comfortable. Instead of a double...

We have just returned from a stay at the Pugmark hotel in Ranthambore. We really liked this hotel, the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. I had mentioned that I had hoped to try an Indian rice pudding and the chef made one specially for me! Lovely gardens and pool and some Indian singers in the evening....

We stayed at the Pugmark in early February 2012 to do a tiger safari in Ranthambore Park. The hotel is set up in about 20 2-unit dwellings. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds were small, but very nice and well maintained. The pool and relaxation areas were nice also. They cleaned everything every morning. The staff was VERY...

The rooms were average, but clean. We had to request a heater because the rooms were very cold. No TVs in room. Whatever you do, don't order a bottle of wine, you will be surprised at checkout. We ordered wine with our food and it was the small bottle which fills two small wine glasses. They gave us the bill...

When my suitcase was delivered to the room, it had obviously been dropped in the dust because the whole side was layered. When I pointed this out to the porter, he took a few swipes over it with his hand - that was it. This is a metaphor for a poorly run hotel with a poorly trained staff. The room...

They really try hard at the hotel. But it is fairly basic and they didn't realise even after quite a few meals (there were only two other rooms occupied) that we don't eat red meat. Main reason I would not go back? They struggle to be able to organise jeeps for the park.....and you really don't want to try it...

we stayed two night's at the hotel, the room was adequate and basic, we did ask for a heater as it was very cold during our stay,
the meals were average but plentiful, the staff were helpful and polite, at night we would all sit round by the fire,
we were lucky and saw a tiger from a distance, our...

They tell you not to go to India during Monsoon season-too rainy-or July and August-Too Hot...but Northern India in Winter is COLD. All Hotels we stayed in had an air conditioner but NO heat pump or other form of heating. I guess I could have gotten a space heater, but did not KNOW this. The Hot water comes from a...
