This is my second visit, first was good. I was placed in a smoking room, when asked to be changed the next room was dark, dirty and the TV did not work. This hotel charges for everything, water, internet, breakfast, which I understand, but excessive. I acutally lived in Monterrey 10 years so this is not a gringo thing. More

Stayed here for a business trip. Great hotel! Very friendly staff. Nice, large rooms and just lovely bathrooms. The rain shower , shower head was amazing and the water pressure is just so right. Seriously, one of the best hotel showers ever! Lovely staff as well. More

Our experience was great! There are not many choices as far as hotel restaurants, but the hotel is joined to a really nice mall, and there are restaurants there, as well as a Starbucks next door.
