The Assistant Manager is a great asset to your Hotel, food at Harry's excellent. Overall a great stay, Breakfast below par, Chap on reception not welcoming the phone seemed more important than a guest wanting to check in. Rooms large and comfortable. Joe and I only stayed one night and thought the room was of good quality for the price. Easy parking and great views are a bonus. However the bathroom did not a refurb. there would be a large pool of water on the floor after showering which was a little annoying. Some of the tiles needed some attending to also.... More

Suffice to say that we will stay again at the Novetel next trip. Views over the Valley beautiful, buffet breakfast fantastic and very attentive staff. Golf course looked inviting, and a lovely short walk can be taken around the property.
