Great location. Close to everything. Buffet was very disappointing this time. Poor selection and food ordinary & tasteless. However we will return and hopefully next trip the food will be better. We received a room upgrade which was nice having a bit more room to move around.

Room was tiled, it was cold. Room was small and tired looking. TV was fuzzy and the screen didn't even fit the program size, eg it cut off the footy scores. We placed in an inconvenient location to the car park and the main reception/pool/entertainment/dining area, which made things difficult to transport a family of 5 (3 children 6yrs &... More

As an Accor Advantage Plus Gold, I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite garden view from a standard garden view room. The suite on the upper floor was a good size, approx. 2.5x larger than the standard room. With its own living area, kitchenette (no cook top but with microwave), very large spa bathroom with separate shower and a separate... More

The room was very dusty, not good as we all had just got over the flu The queen bed was a sponge- we sunk , never experienced anything like it. The porter who took our bags on arrival was a rude creature, also rushing us - not a good starting impression. The actual resort has good facilities, especially lots to... More

Great family holiday destination, looking forward to booking a return trip. Waking up & seeing the kangaroos every morning just near our room, made us feel like we were camping but with the comforts of a hotel - not a tent!

I booked a night here when passing through the sunshine coast, the garden room was a good size, average in furnishings but pleasant enough.. The complex had a bit of a late 80s/early 90s feel to it and seemed well catered toward families. For myself the short walk to the surf beach was handy, it would have been nice to... More

great location for a break away with the family. rooms are a bit tired and no digital TV channels were a surprise. staff were fantastic, nothing too much trouble. excellent kids club program and staff. seasonal pool heating = freezing in winter. limited activity options in winter. not sure pull out sofa to share for 2 children is "family accommodation".... Stayed here twice in the past two months for a conference and thought it was great, food in the restaurant was amazing and the waitress Veronica was great! Had saintly patience for all the children in our group. Although Sunday breakfast was rediculous, we were told to head through to our groups allocated tables only to find other people had... More

I stayed in a "garden view" not far from the central area (which was very handy) on the second floor (felt safer than if on the ground level). I was there on for business and was working at Maroochydore. Good / adequate: *Room size was pretty good. A little tired maybe, but other problems more pressing (see below) *Some activities.... More

The hotel lobby is lovely but that's where this stops, the rooms (which we had been upgraded) is very very old. Plus we were chasing bugs around the room all night, it's a shame as from the outside I was expecting something really nice. Behind the bedside tables there was a lot of plugs plugged into a power board and... More
