We had 3 double bed deluxe room booking at Rana palace in the month May 11. The overall experience we had in the hotel was terrible. The rooms were not cleaned and all were dust, roches, very hazardous electrical sockets (wire kept open on side table sockets), no bulb in night lamps, faulty water, dirty bathrooms, dirty carpet, broken TV and many more things.The overall service was very very poor. I advise other tourists not to book rooms in this hotel. Please find room pictures attached for your reference.
