Its is the one of the best worst hotel in Manali, no hygeine, very dirty rooms, you have to search the staff, wash rooms are very unhygenic. dont stay in this hotel. manager have no manner, he just smoke in the reception when a lady come about query, service boy is wheare about no idea?, rooms dosent have cable connection.

We had 3 double bed deluxe room booking at Rana palace in the month May 11. The overall experience we had in the hotel was terrible.
