PH is a heritage hotel and is very near to the mall road . we got a seaperate cottage at a very reasonable price. the staff was very co-operative and served us well. The food was homely and really good. Mr. Vishal, the owner was very co-operative and is a very nice man.

we loved the stay in this hotel and will surely re visit kasauli and stay in the same hotel.

the hotel is value for money and the best part is the location which is very near to the mall More

Terrible is a one word description of this place. Awfully located, dirty all around with clothes hanging/drying in front of some bed-rooms, a clear view of the garbage that is strewn around, shabby interiors, unskilled staff.... do I need to say more.

They could not get a geyser repaired in 24 hrs. The roof of the 'suite' leaks and in case you avoided the shower as the water is cold, you may not be so lucky during your sleep.

They do not cook any non-veg food. Lucky, we didn't order outside bread & omlette.

The rooms cost 2000/-, they should not be worth more than 800/-. The suite, for which we had to pay 3300/-, was definitely not worth more than 1500/-. More
