Very classy and professional (albeit rather expensive) hotel with high standard of amenities. Would have received 5 stars had I not had to phone 3 times and wait nearly 1hr for an ironing board, which made me late for my meeting. Would it be too much to have an iron and ironing board in each room at this price point?

We stayed for 3 nights. No coffee or food places open on Sunday mornings. Could walk to many sites and stores. Staff was friendly. Rooms are small. I would stay here again. Check their on line specials. Better than Priceline.

This is a very good hotel. The location is excellent, on the main avenue where all the big brands are... Metro station is 1 minute walking distance. This is a fine hotel....and I've stayed in many. Location from Eurostar is good, surroundings & shops are good, all the staff were friendly, attentive and forward thinking. In the room, everything worked well (wifi, aircon etc) and facilities provided are to a high standard. Will definitely stay again and would recommend.

I like very much this Hotel situated in the upscale shopping area of Brussels. Very nice quite rooms with Nespresso devices and very comfortable beds. The well frequented Bar, food in the Restaurant and @ the Breakfast are excellent.
