“Awful experience”

Absolutely terrible. Reception staff are clueless and unfriendly. Cleaning staff use the customer lift, which means a 30+ minute wait to get to your room. There is no chef at weekends, he prepares meals on a Friday to be reheated over the weekend !!! Only one barman who also looks after the restaurant and room service, so be prepared to... More

“Excellent Hotel”

Superb location on Avenue Louise near Place Stéphanie. Wonderful comfortable and big rooms (on level 10 with terrace looking on Avenue Louise). Free WiFI, Coffee/Tea making device. Nice staff at the reception. No experience with the Restaurant or the breakfast as I have had an outside dinner and breakfast in the train.

“Nice hotel”

Excellent location with lots of shops and a small supermarket nearby. The rooms were very large, spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff were friendly and the sauna was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

“Surprisingly good”

A hotel with great design, fine breakfast and great location. Our room was spacious with windows towards the street, though we didn't hear any noise - great! A hotel where you can really relax, absolutely recommended! The only downpart was the price, a bit expensive.

Good location, nice staff, large rooms, good price, ok food. A hotel above average. Some noise from the traffic, but it's no problem. It is close to a metro station and a tram station, so ideal for exploring the city by public transportation or foot.

“Avoid if you want a decent nights kip otherwise a very nice hotel”
