Stayed in Monterrey one night for work and wanted to be near the airport vs the city this time. Room was what you expect from Fairfield, nothing outrageously nice, but no problems either. The Fairfield Inn really surprised us with how nice it was for only $1,000 pesos($82U.S.)Very clean, like new, drinkable tap water, free snacks evenings in their restarant-like meeting area, and the best motel breakfast we've ever had. The only thing that we'd of enjoyed if they'd had it was heat in their clean outdoor pool.

The hotel was close to the airport and clean, however a digital camera and mobile phone were stolen from my suitcase whilst left in the room. This is a business travelers hotel. The rooms are clean and the van service is nice. TV worked most of the time, but sometimes the remote control is not in the room. Good clean hotel with all the basics, nice bed and free internet. the hotel is right next to the airport, however is very far from Monterrey. Breakfast was complementary and very decent.
