Hotel Alpenblick was a short walk from the station, easy to find and on arrival full of Swiss charm. Our room was rustic and on first impression was a bit disappointing. However, we grew to enjoy the french doors open looking onto a communal balcony, the quaint tiny corridors and sloping floors and stairs.
Breakfast was lovely and we received a hotel newspaper welcoming new guests, fare welling guests and local events which we found very charming.
We ate dinner twice in the restaurant downstairs and the food was superb, service was very friendly the first night not so the second, but still we enjoyed the whole ambience very much.
Had some issues with credit card machine on departure but it didn't dampen our fond memories of our stay.
