Definite recommendation! Update your room to executive lake view and enjoy large room with excellent view. Courtest shuttle works perfect, picked us up from train station, and leave us there after check out. Smily and helpful staff, very clean room, cleaned 2 times a day durin our stay.

The hotel was great with a fantastic spa. We had a wonderful room with two bathroom. Perfect for two girls ;-) I would definately go back. The hotel has a shuttle which takes you to Lugano as well as airport/train station. The view is breath taking. Thank you

Very comfortable luxury hotel on the lake, great public areas, good spa and pool area. Rooms are very spacious, with large balcony with a lake view and luxury bathroom. Great place to come for some R&R!

it is a little bit far from lugano but in a very nice place with a very peacefull atmosphere the restaurant is very expensive we did not use the spa area but it looked very impresive the staff was friendly and helpfull if someone seeks for a relaxing holiday thats the right place.

Attended a conference here and totally loved the scenery of Lake Lugano. Wonderful views both from my room as well as restaurant / gym area across the street.
