This large hotel is not near the center of town. My room was big enough but had dirty carpet and upholstery. The hotel was packed with vacationing Japanese in Beppu for the spas. My stay was during the weekend and it was noisy - from both visitors and outside traffic. Air conditioning was not adequate.
