We had a wonderful 2012 White Christmas at Lodge Matsuya. Takashi & Mika provided a very friendly and helpful service.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable and well serviced. We stayed in Japanese style rooms and had great views. The Japanese baths were very pleasant – roomy and light (in other places they can be dark and dingy).
