This charming and comfortable hotel is ideally situated for a winter getaway. The service was great and our room was incredibly comfortable. We had a fabulous view of the Happo-One runs and surrounding mountains from our room. The location is great! The hotel is located a short walk (5 minutes) to the Happo-One ski area. It is also a short... More

The Hakuba Springs Hotel was truly excellent. Booked via lastminute.com, it was significantly cheaper than others (and there was no catch...), as well a being head and shoulders above the rest (which are all slightly tired and very much cater to Japanese groups)! In simple terms: it is slap in the middle of the village; it is new with all... More

Hakuba Springs is a small, charming hotel located in the middle of the village, so is within walking distance to most places you need/want to go (except for cheaper places to eat which are far enough away to require a ride in an expensive taxi, negating any possible savings). For skiers, it's about a 5 min walk to the Happo... More

I stayed at the Hakuba Springs Hotel in February for 7 days and loved it. Not only was the location perfect, close to restaurants, bit it was also only a short stroll to the Gondora. Not expecting much from my standard room, I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and bright my room was. The room contained everything you needed,... More

Hakuba Springs is the experience I wish I could have everywhere . Even BEFORE I arrived , Bobby had organised bus/train tickets and transport for me . The rooms , which have a modern contemporary feel , are spacious and spotless as well light and airy , with fast wi-fi on each level . Both sides of the hotel have... More

I stayed at Hakuba Springs Hotel for a week to enjoy some snowboarding, I chose it due to the numerous great reviews it's had and am very happy to report that none are exaggerated. It's very well located right in the very center of Happo One (BTW the One in Happo One is pronounced Oh-Neh not 1 ;) ), it's... More

Came to The Springs Hotel due to other reviews on Trip Advisor and my expectations were exceeded. Great hotel, really helpful staff, the best location and excellent facilities. The Room and Hot Springs were the best feature of the Hotel and I think the decor in the restaurant could do with an update, (although the food was amazing). Certainly coming... More

Hakuba Springs Hotel was the best place we stayed in whilst in Japan. We went early in the ski season, 18 Dec and we were lucky that they had just had a big dump, we stayed 7 nights and the staff were more than helpful, supplying discounted price cards for use at ski hire, lessons and the ski passes themselves.... My partner & I stayed here for 3 nights. Bobby and all the staff were truly amazing and the hotel lived up to all our expectations! From the minute Bobby picked us up from the train station to the moment we were waved off, we knew this was the right choice. When we weren't out checking out the local area... More
