The Chalet des Neiges is a Chalet complex in Les Arcs 2000 ski resort. This is the second time that I've stayed at Chalet Mariette with Crystal ski. It is a gorgeous little chalet tucked around the back of the complex with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. It sleeps 12 and was full the week we were there (14th January... More

I'm quite happy with our stay at this hotel. We had good value for price. The chalet location is fantastic as it is only a few steps to a small drag lift that gives you access to the rest of the Arc 2000 lifts and pistes. We had a large group and reserved a large multi-bedroom chalet. Upon check-in we... More

We stayed in Arcs 2000 last December/January for a week. The flat was quite spacious considering it was 2 bedroomed with a spare bed in the kitchen/lounge. It was well heated and very quiet throughout our stay. The pool and sauna were also a great bonus at the end of a tiring day skiing. We didn't eat in any restaurant... More

We booked with Crystal a year ahead planning to go with a big group. In the end there were four of us, and based on this I would say if you are going as 2 or 4 wait for a late deal on the Chalet de Neiges. Based on the higher price that we paid the accommodation was a bit... More

We Used to stay at Arc 1950 at a 4* Radisson hotel and we imagined that Le Chalet des Neiges could have a good deal at 30% off. I CAN tell you that this was a BIG mistake. The place is dirty, the service is just minimal and We had a very very special moment with about 80 merry folks... More

Have just returned from a fantastic week in Les Arcs 2000. Now Chalet des neiges the best way i can describe a apartment block with chalets and apartments in the build. Now there are many apartments which are privatley owned and ones also owned by travel companies. We booked our holiday with Crystal and chose to stay in the Chalet... More

Had a great weeks skiing in Les Arcs 2000. The Chalet is about 30s walk from the slopes, and the village is pretty high up so the snow quality was pretty good despite a lack of fresh snow throughout the week. Also, despite being right over to the side of the valley, we found it very easy to ski over... More

Just came back from a weeks sking in Les Arcs 2000 with alpine Elements. This is the second year we have been to Les Arcs and we wouldn't hesitate to go back again. The snow conditions were not as good as last year, almost spring like conditions, plenty of good snow at the top, bottom runs very worn and icy.... More

We were looking for an affordable ski holiday in France, in a catered, comfortable and conveniently located chalet. The variety, quality and quantity of cooking by our Alpine Elements chalet hosts, Henry and Harry , surpassed our expectations (I have been on my bathroom scales today!). Having an ensuite shower was a bonus but the bedroom (cramped) was not the... More

Arrived back in the UK a few days ago after a great trip away with Alpine Elements to Les Arcs 2000. I thought that a positive review here was very much justified. Transfers from Geneva were well organised out and inbound. Even a little van on resort to help out with baggage handling. 3.5 hours from the airport. Travelling on... More
