Excellent value for money in a great location. Definetly ski-in and ski out hotel. You should reservate a parking spot before, it was difficult to find parking, or you should go to arc 1950. The appartement was great, service was good. Wifi was only in the lobby, only thing that could be improved.

Upon arrival we asked for a better view and we could upgrade to a 2+cabine for €50 per week in total and had the best view ever overlooking the Arc2000 slopes. location is very convenient, Staff is friendly caring and very flexible. The apartments are very modern clean and comfortable with great views. It made our trip much more enjoyable to stay at the chalet des neiges!

We spent a week here in early April and thought accommodation (3 room apartment) was very acceptable. Excellent, spacious chalet with even better chalet host named Andrew. The appartment is situated near (almost on) the slopes and restaurants and stores are nearby! Staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
