Located just off A34 and very convenient for Abingdon and Oxford this was the former Singer family mansion. Good swimming pool and reasonable rooms, although most are based in Stalinist carbuncle behind the old Manor. Rack rate high, so try and get a deal. Be warned they add a surcharge for credit cards, which is in my opinion not acceptable. more
