An interesting if quirky place; not a hotel proper but a hostelry or auberge, boasting a restaurant serving amongst the best food I’ve ever eaten. A bit Fawltey Towers in my mind, the decor is 1970s first time around and looked very shabby, the room was soaciouis but the batheroom up a flight of stairs. My wife and I stayed at this hotel on our way to and returning from Spain in April this year - 2007.We found the hotel impressive and the staff delightful.The food and vine at dinner were second to none. If you stay here I feel sure you will not be disappointed DC More
