Stayed here on a bargain winter deal for £29. Absolutely great for that price. Room was large with a massive bed, clean ensuite (with bath), nice toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities etc. Very clean and modern, and overall was genuinely impressed. The place is massive, with spa etc, though didn't spend much time in hotel, checking in at 1am... More

WE stayed here for 4 nights during one of the coldest snaps of the winter whilst visiting friends who live locally. the hotel was warm and cosy and the staff could not do enougfh to help. The hotel is a cross between a nice modern hotel,a mini leisure and Spa break and a training/meeting venue. there were many many courses... More

Like many others we stayed on the groupon deal. It was excellent value for what we paid which was £69 including 3 course dinner and breakfast. Location is middle of nowhere but lovely surroundings and very secure, hotel reception is nice free coffee which is good. Rooms ok but starting to look a bit dated, tv is old, tiles a... More

Had an amazing weekend away, the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable and all the small details were perfect. Will definitley be coming back. The area was lovely had a trip to Chester Zoo which was brilliant and even the local villages like Nantwich had so much character. Hotel grounds were also stunning. More

Our stay was very disappointing. The bathroom had mould on the shower screen and the floor tiles were lifting. The duvet cover was 6" narrower than the bed so everytime one person moved the other one got cold. At dinner the waiter gave us the wrong order and the fish and chips were awfull i think maybe frozen in the... More

On arrival we were stunned with the beautiful surroundings. The location is great, only a few miles from Crewe, Chester and the Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village. The reception area is very clean and tidy and the reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and everything provided was in a good condition. Not gone digital yet, so... More

Arrived at hotel, outside is very impressive as are the grounds and golf course, overall looks like a modern clean hotel. Staff very friendly on check in, then the experience gets worse, arrived to a very dated travellodge type room, basic phone, old style box tv with only 5 basic channels with interference. The room was very clean, but very... More
