Very clean hotel. Great rooms with large beds, lots of wardrobe space, fridge and Wi-Fi. Balcony is small but nice to be able to have the balcony door open to air the room, and great view of the resort. Large bathroom, great shower over the bath with two sinks and loads of vanity space. Breakfast is also very good and... More

Stayed for four nights at the 4 Star Gran Hotel in El Campello. I booked a short trip at the beginning of May to get away from the rain in the UK. The resort was well out of season and the hotel was max. 15% occupied so this has to be taken into consideration as the hotel and resort were... More

First impression was good with welcoming reception staff. However we arrived at 23.30 and bar and room service was closed so be aware if you are looking for a drink etc. The hotel was clean and basic within minutes from beach ,restuarants and bars.it is also convenient for tram station which is excellent and you can travel to Benidorm for 4... At first look the hotel looked nice. But.. The balcony in our room was 1ft deep not like the big one in the pictures. The nice resturant with the amazing view were nowhere to be found instead there was one on the first floor. Im not usally picky with food but this was terrible.. It was 3 course meal but... More

Really impressed with hotel – clean, new, tidy and 24hr reception. As other reviews mention there is now a lift from the terrace outside the hotel bar/café which takes you down to the swimming pool – so no need to walk through dark car park as previously. Pool clean and lovely to sunbathe beside but not big enough for decent... More

Stayed at this hotel recently for 7 nights and was thrilled to have found such a lovely hotel with great location, close to beach, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was kept spotlessly clean, the room was good size, with large bed and extremely comfortable and very quiet, balcony not big enough to sit out on but had an amazing... More

The hotel rooms were really pretty and as we were on the 8th floor, we had a great view over the ocean. Reception staff was friendly and helpful! The air conditioning was a great plus since it was very hot when we stayed there a few days ago! We did not take the breakfast so I cannot say anything about... More

Based on a first impression the hotel looks very nice, respectable and has a good ambience. It is in a central location and close to amentities. The hotel is very close to a beautiful beach and public transport which is very efficient. Under the veneer of the hotel we had several problems. First of all, we primarily booked the hotel... More
