Have stayed and dined at the hotel on a number of occasions, most recently for a New Years party. The rooms are recently refurbished to a good standard, and always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, and the general feel of the hotel is positive - good dining areas, clean modern bar, and with...

Arrived after a very long drive, minutes before restaurant due to close. Lovely welcome, and providing me with a table was no problem at all. Very good meal and service was excellent. Hotel is rather dated in some respects, but it has something of a charm about it and the room was spotless. It was excellent value for money. Stunning...

Checked-in by friendly and helpful lady. Room was modern, well equipped and had a stunning sea view.
Never dined in the hotel that evening as previous TripAdvisor recommendation suggested Ferry Inn at bottom of hill was better.
Big mistake! Very limited menu and food barely scraping average.
Breakfast in hotel next morning was fine with excellent croissants - continental as...

We stayed here last weekend after visiting our friends in pembrokeshire. The location is superb, about 5 minutes away from the ferry port, very easy to find with very ample parking space.
Our room was large, well furnished, quiet and peaceful- the girls on reception are very helpful and friendly and both saturday and sunday night, we ate in the...

We stayed for two nights on business and found the rooms clean and adequate, the location was convenient easy to find with lovely views over the harbour.Having read reviews regarding the food we were hesitant to dine in their restaurant, we did throw caution to the wind and were pleasantly surprised. The only let down was the tired veg, the starters...

I've stayed here on several occasions throughout 2011, the staff are always friendly but although the rooms are clean they are looking a little worn out, especially the bathrooms which are in need of an update, sink plug not working, shower head having a mind of its own, toilet seat not fitted properly, brown stains in bath etc
Breakfast is...

One night for a business trip. Not much choice in Pembroke Dock so this is where we were put by our employer. Plus points. Rooms are clean, everything in the room worked, shower was powerful, restaurant overlooks the water, breakfast - plenty of choice and well cooked, staff are trying hard. Minus points, rooms are a bit tired, bed was...

Stayed for one night during the Fish Festival at Milford Haven, we had booked out of a hotel which we had booked previously because it was so dirty and lacking in necessary facilities. When we arrived at the Cleddau Bridge it was a real haven compared to what we had just left, the view was spectacular and our bed was...

I stayed here for 5 nights in June as part of a business course which was being held in the hotel.
Good things: the staff are very good, professional, helpful and polite.
Bad: the food. It ranged from ok to utterly awful whilst we were there.
The hotel itself is fine, it's quite basic, rooms are an ok size; there...
