Bright and seemingly newly decorated room, nice clean bathroom with none of that 'smell' you sometimes get! Breakfast adequate with reasonable selection but couldn't find the serviettes. Good sized car park and good position, particularly for the golf.

Was fortunate enough to be playing Royal Liverpool Golf Club, and the hotel was within easy walking distance. Typical modern Holiday Express room, but shower of a much higher standard than norm. Cooked breakfast buffet limited to three hot items, which were not particularly hot, which was the only disappointing feature of my visit.

Very different from the other Holiday Inn hotels we have been - a little more stylish than your typical no-nonsense, boring, business hotel rooms. The room was clean, quite big and very comfortable. Lovely clean bed with choices of soft and hard pillows.The breakfast was also good. This hotel is very close to the beach. Looked great during sunset.
