Really easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Comfy rooms and attached restaurant (Beefeater) make brill breakfasts!! No outside noises disturbed us, so either a quiet night or we were so comfortable that we didn't notice. More

Our family of four stayed here for one night as we had an event in Heswall. The hotel is very well located and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are a bit small for a family of four but we managed okay. Overall this is solid value for money option More

excellent sized room which was spotlessly clean. friendly reception staff. crisp clean sheets and good sized bathroom. brilliant power shower - very invigorating. attached restaurant serving good hearty breakfast hot and plentiful. excellent service and standard all around - would certainly recommend and return. We have found that smaller Premier Inns tend to offer a more personal level of service. That was certainly true of the one in Heswall where we were treated like house guests rather than clients. More

Was not told that my 7 year old daughter would have to sleep on a mattress on the FLOOR. Heating system was on full blast and uncomfortable, brown stains on the pillow case, four people in room but only 3 towels left. Corridor doors banged all night by other guests, children couldn't sleep because of noise. Not told by reception... More

My husband and I visit the Wirral twice each year to visit family. We always choose the Premier Inn Wirral (Heswall) and have come to consider it our home away from home. The staff is incredibly helpful in both the hotel and the Glegg Arms restaurant. Breakfast is tasty and easy. A great value, too! More

I have used Premier Inns over many years but in Heswall the service I found was a quite exceptional with help most willingly given to a high standard from all members of the 'team' in tis hotel throughout my four day stay.
