Yes it is in need of a refurnish (well the rooms at least as the public areas are fine) but the staff are fantastic, the location is excellent for getting around, and the breakfast was excellent (and included in the charge!) The staff in all areas couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Their greatest asset. The room was clean and well presented. The food is good. I have enjoyed evening meals here before but not the breakfast - which was of sufficient choice and good portions. My only criticsm was the en-suite - attention needed to the tiles and sealant. More

Firstly I'd like to say that Old English Inns should be ashamed, having this property in their portfolio brings their brand down significantly in my opinion and shows how inconsistent their standards are.
