Having stayed numerous times at the Perch and Pike I am happy to recommend it to anyone. As the rooms are upstairs then disabled access is not good from an accommodation viewpoint BUT downstairs they have all the expected facilities. I have to agree with the earlier review that the toilet was not that clean. I am quite pedantic and noticed that it hadn't been cleaned.
