A word of warning, this hotel is 10 min from terminal 5 and not many cab drivers know that this hotel exists! The service is extremely slow and the food is very average. All in all not great value for money at all! More

This hotel is nowhere near the airport terminal even though the name of the hotel includes "Heathrow Terminal 5." You have to pay for a Hoppa bus to/from the airport that is at least four pounds each way and does not have adequate room for several large suitcases. The new T5 Hilton is lovely. It's just over 5 minutes by taxi to Terminal 5. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We upgraded to an Exec room which I would recommend. Despite GPS with corrected postal code, we had to rely on persistence and instinct to finally find this tucked away hotel. But, if you get there, you are rewarded with new, well-appointed and comfy quiet rooms for a stay before a morning flight home. Executive level offers great evening snacks and full breakfast.
