We stayed here on a two night travelzoo offer. The mid winter weather couldn't have been better, cloudless sky's for the whole stay!!! A rare treat compared our previous trips to the Lake District. The hotel is in a superb location, the views over the lake were stunning. food was good and plentiful. Room was comfortable. Will stay here again

nice hotel and location. unfortunately no one appears to control the staff. room clean on top, but not very clean when you look closer. food ok but uver priced. staff not really trained. tried to give us someone elses starter even when we were sat eating our main course! chap on reception bit ignorant.
