We stayed one night in a sea view room with a balcony. Our room was nice and clean, the bathroom was in need of an update - quite old and worn. The hotel is in general a bit tired and out of date but has good character. We enjoyed our stay - it was lovely sitting out on the balcony... more

Went on a 2-day break, using Tesco ponts - so it only cost £50 for two (+ £35 worth of tesco points). Decent sized, clean room. Good breakfast included. Only minor hitch was getting back on to the car park, as the hotel was right on the coast in Rottingdean. However after about 7:30 pm I had no problems. more

hotel on cliffs above sea, rooms were large with good views, single room was at single room price, staff friendly and helpful advised easiest way into brighton was by bus, stop right outside hotel. breakfast and dinner were good. would recommend trip to brighton marina, also horse racing and greyhound racing more
