We have just returned home from a 3 day break at the Fell. We were on a special deal which was amazing value. Our room was exceptional, with an iconic view from the window over the village of Burnsall. I have seen this view so many times on Yorkshire calendars. We tended to eat from the bar menu which again... More

Enjoyed a fabulous 2 night break at the Devonshire Fell. Loved the colourful contemporary decor and the relaxed ambience. We ate a la carte one night and chose from the bar menu on our 2nd night. Food was excellent - very high standard. Service was attentive, but not overpowering and staff very friendly and helpful. One of the most comfortable... More

I had my wedding reception at The Devonshire Fell in December. It was an amazing venue and nothing was too much trouble, both the wedding planner, Christine, and manager made the whole event run seamlessly. Having the whole hotel made the event extra special as only our friends and family were there. The food was delicious and all dietary requirements... More

We were delighted with the room we were given, on the top floor overlooking the village and river. Very spacious and recently renovated, with 2 bathrooms and a seperate seating area and a large flat screen TV. The hotel is being renovated so the first floor accommodation is not available at the moment but there was no work being carried... More

We recently stayed for two nights at this hotel and had a great time- the location is very scenic, the food (breakfast and dinner) was lovely. The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection and the carvery dinner was very good value. The only criticism I would have would be that our room was a bit tired (room 6) and... More

After visiting last New Year and loving every moment our daughter treatemeuse to a two day break to celebrate my birthday. She chose a room on the top floor with a magnificent view over the river. Every comfort in the refurbished room included a large comfortable bed and beautiful modern bathroom and tasteful colour scheme. The manager and his staff... More

We stayed midweek, dinner bed and breakfast for one night and came away wishing our stay had been longer. Everything was perfect - the setting was beautiful, the welcome was professional and friendly and our room (indeed the entire hotel) was thoughtfully decorated and immaculately clean. We found the bed to be one of the most comfortable we have ever... More

We stayed at this hotel on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast deal for 3 nights midweek. Cost £ 660 including wine with dinner. The food was lovely although if you stayed any longer you might get bored with the menu. Breakfasts were great too from continental through to the full english. With only a few rooms the hotel is quiet... More
