Excellent because you get what is described. Rooms are well kept and very clean - this isn't a luxury hotel by any means, but it has great value for money at this location. Owner Dennis was great and made sure we had everything we needed for our short 1 night stay waiting to check into our rental house.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in early February. Joannie and her staff make every effort to make you feel comfortable and at home! The family atmosphere, accommodations, food, beverages, and personal attention made for a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend this location. The nearby beach and sunsets are fabulous!

Great location- loved the pool. Joannie works hard every day and is excited to make her guests happy and comfortable. We were especially excited about the breakfast, French toast and maple syrup.... A much needed departure from the regular beans and rice. Staying here was a real treat!
