for some reason they had trouble with the idea of 24 hour service. A supposed 5 star hotel without espresso. They tried to give a room which was not anything close to 5 star standards, when we threatened to leave, they produced a slightly better one, which still had broken light fixtures, broken shower head, detached from ceiling, shower door... more

We opted to spend four days including the new year here and were disappointed. The place and the property, and the adjoining beach are beautiful; but one would expect quite a lot more after paying more than 5-star prices (even after allowing for Goa-New-Year premiums). The resort is beautifully built with a huge swimming pool running almost through out the area. The property is huge and has a white sand beach one of its side. The room are clean and room service decent. The food though could have been better. more

The property is Huge, requires more control, management and a Vibe to it. The rooms are well placed , equipped but not easy to access, by customers, i have heard most of the people complaining about walks to the rooms.
